1. How to confirm my order?
Once you have placed an order via our shop, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will proceed accordingly.
This email contains the essential information for your order, please go through it carefully and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +852 3460 2430 immediately if there is something wrong.
2. When will I receive my NEON?
Neon is an art that requires much craft and patient.
It is handled by craftsmen with decades of experience, a glass tube will be heated up over a 800 degrees flame until it is hot enough to be bent, colorized with titular and argon neon, filled with gas, sealed, hooked up to transformers and deliver to your door step.
Shipment within Hong Kong SAR will be Local Pickup, please allow at least 14 working days for production.
For shipment to rest of the word, please contact us directly through email@example.com.
If you wish to return or exchange a faulty, damaged or incorrect NEON, please contact our support within 14 days of purchases, by firstname.lastname@example.org or call +852 3460 2430.
Once the return has arrived and been surveyed, you will receive a refund.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or exchange custom products.
